We make decisions all the time. It is estimated that we make 10-15 decisions without being aware of it in less than ten minutes. Dr. Jim Loehr and Dr. Sheila Ohlsson Walker discuss with Kevin that decision-making is a process that includes our rational, our emotional, and our intuitive intelligence. It’s important to remember that even small decisions can have an impact. The better decisions we make, the more likely we will grow into the best version of ourselves.
